Martial Arts Philosophy
The better you understand what you are doing, and why you are doing it, the more effective you are at applying it. Help is always there if you ask for it.
Consistency with purpose, and being courteous and respectful, are all key to bettering yourself. Most important, enjoy what you do.
Why did you start training
I started practicing Taekwon-Do when I was 8 years old. A friend of mine had heard of the school, so we started together. Since then, Martial Arts has always been my favorite way to stay fit and healthy, and I've met a lot of great people along the way.
What has been your best moment in the Martial Arts
Every time I learn something new, or a new perspective on something I've learned before.
Seeing students who I have coached continue to improve and grow on their own martial arts journey.
Favourite Pattern
All of them. They each have a unique meaning to me
Favourite Sparring Technique
Jumping and Spinning Kicks, as well as fast combinations
Interests outside of Martial Arts
Photography, Music, and more Martial Arts!
